Said duties to be paid to port collector;
6d. per pound may be deducted for trouble in receiving.

III. And be it further enacted by the authority asoresaid, That the said rates and duties shall be paid to the collector of his Majesty’s revenue for the time being, in the port of Drogheda, who is hereby authorized and required to demand, take, and receive the same, and is hereby authorized and empowered to deduct, and detain as a compensution for his trouble in receiving the same, any sum or sums of money not exceeding six pence for every pound sterling, which shall be so received.
