Every person selling bread desicient in wt, as prescribed by 1 G. 2 to punished as set forth by said act.

XXIV. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That every person who shall sell, or expose to sale, within said town of Drogheda, and the liberties thereof, any bread deficient in weight, according to the a size of bread prescribed by an act passed in this kingdom, in the first year of his late Majesty king George the second, entitled, An act for regulating the price and assise of bread and the markets, shall, upon conviction thereof, according to the methods prescribed by said act, be punished in such manner, and under such penalties, regulations, and allowances, as are set forth in said act, in cases where bread is desicient in weight.
