XII. Saving always to all and every Person and Persons, Bodies Politick and Corporate, their Heirs and Successors, (other than and except the King’s most Excellent Majesty, his Heirs and Successors, and the said Charles Lord Archbishop of Dublin and his Successors in the said See of Dublin, and all Persons claiming or to claim by, from, or under them or any of them) all such Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Claim, and Demand, of, in, to, or out of the said Mansion House and Premises so authorized to be fold as aforesaid, or any Part of Parts thereof, as they, either, or any of them respectively, had before the passing of this present Act, or might have had or enjoyed in cafe this Act had not been made.—“Publick Act, § 13.”
