Registrar of deeds, previous to giving out any negative search, to cause copy to be recorded.

The registrar of deeds and the registrar of judgments in Ireland for the time being shall and they are hereby required, previous to giving out of said office any negative search, to cause a copy of such negative search to be entered on parchment in books to be provided for the purpose, and to be kept in their offices respectively among the records thereof.
