Marriage Law (Ireland) Amendment Act, 1863

Consent of minister, &c. to marriages.

13. No such marriage as aforesaid shall be solemnized in any such place of public worship without the consent of the minister or of one of the trustees or owners, deacons, or managers, thereof.
