Lord Chancellor may direct new trials.
|
99. If the Lord Chancellor intrusted as aforesaid be dissatisfied with the verdict returned upon a traverse, he may order one or more new trial or trials thereon, as to him shall seem meet, and as is usual in cases of issues directed by the Court of Chancery, but no person shall be admitted to traverse oftener than once.
