Commissioners of Education to certify the sum required to Local Government Board.

7. The Commissioners of Education shall before the first day of April in each year transmit to the Local Government Board an estimate of the full amount payable as results fees in respect of pupils attending the national schools in each contributory union by the Commissioners of Education in the financial year commencing with such first day of April, and shall require the Local Government Board in every year, to provide a sum equal to one third of such full amount; and the said Local Government Board shall thereafter provide such sum in the manner by this Act prescribed.
