Disposition of overplus, &c.
|
11. If in any financial year the sum provided by the Local Government Board in respect of any contributory union exceeds the amount required for the purposes of this Act in such year in respect of such contributory union such overplus shall be carried to the credit of the next following financial year, and in such last-mentioned year only such sum shall be raised by assessment on such contributory union as shall be necessary in addition thereto to make up the sum which would in the ordinary course under this Act be required to be provided by the Local Government Board in respect of such contributory union, in such next following financial year.
