1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as the Petty Sessions Clerks and Fines (Ireland) Act, 1878; and the Petty Sessions Clerk (Ireland) Act, 1858, in this Act referred to as “the principal Act,” and this Act may be cited together for all purposes as the Petty Sessions Clerks (Ireland) Acts, 1858 and 1878.
