Spirits to which any sweetening or colouring matter or any other ingredient has been added in warehouse, British liqueurs or tinctures or medicinal spirits, may not be delivered from a warehouse except for exportation or ship's stores, and must, when so delivered, be removed directly from the warehouse to the ship in which they are to be exported or used as stores.
