1. [Amendment of 48 & 49 Vict. c. 73, and reference to the Acts amending the same. Rep. 59 & 60 Vict. c. 47, s. 52.] The money required for the purpose of advances under the said Acts as amended by this Act shall be advanced out of the Local Loans Fund, in accordance with the National Debt and Local Loans Act, 1887.
