Merchant Shipping Act, 1894

Exemption of Her Majesty’s ships.

741. This Act shall not, except where specially provided, apply to [2] ships belonging to Her Majesty.

Definitions and Provisions as to Application of Act.

[2 The Act may be applied by Order in Council to “government ships,” but not to those of the Royal Navy, see 6 Edw. 7. c. 48. s. 80.]
