12.—(1) Part I. of this Act shall be construed together with the Customs Consolidation Act, 1876, and the Acts amending that Act, and Part II. of this Act shall be construed together with the Stamp Act, 1891, and the Acts amending that Act.

(2) The enactments mentioned in the schedule to this Act shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that schedule.

(3) This Act may be cited as the Revenue Act, 1909.
