On every decree, dismiss, renewal, or order (save those in ejectment cases or orders or writs of restitution as to lands):—

Such fees to be paid to the clerk of the crown and peace for the account of the under-sheriff by the person in whose favour the decree is pronounced before he shall be entitled to receive the same, and to be taxed at foot of the decree as portion of the costs payable by the party against whom such decree shall be pronounced.

 For any sum not exceeding 20s.
