THE ELECTORAL ACT, 1923. | ||
I, the Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers given me by Rule 27 of the First Schedule to the Electoral Act, 1923 , do hereby prescribe as the fee to be paid by an applicant for copies of the register or of so much of the register as relates to any registration unit, a fee calculated in accordance with the following rules, that is to say:— | ||
(1) The minimum fee shall be one shilling. | ||
(2) A sum of one penny shall be added to such minimum fee for a copy of the register or any part thereof, for each one hundred, or part of one hundred, by which the number of names of persons registered in such register or part thereof exceeds one hundred. | ||
