Housing (Building Facilities) (Amendment) Act, 1924

Meaning of word “person” in Principal Act.

2.—The word “person” where it occurs in the Principal Act shall not include and shall be deemed never to have included a local authority, and that Act shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
