THE FOREIGN HAY AND STRAW (IRELAND) ORDER OF 1912 AMENDMENT ORDER OF 1924.

The Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in them under the joint operation of the Agriculture and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Act, 1899, and of the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling them in this behalf, do, with the concurrence of the Minister for Agriculture, hereby order:—

1 Exceptions Withdrawn.

1. The Foreign Hay and Straw (Ireland) Order of 1912 shall be read and have effect as if in its application to Saorstát Eireann paragraphs (a) and (b) of Article 2 (Exceptions) were omitted therefrom.

2 Revocation of Amending Order.

2. The Order described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby revoked to the extent therein specified.

3 Commencement.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the twenty-eight day of January nineteen hundred and twenty-four.

4 Short Title.

4. This Order may be cited as the Foreign Hay and Straw (Ireland) Order of 1912 Amendment Order of 1924.

In witness whereof the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction have hereunto set their Official Seal this fourteenth day of January, nineteen hundred and twenty-four.
