Effect of proclamation. |
2.—(1) Whenever and so often as a proclamation of a national emergency is made by the Executive Council under this Act then Part II . of this Act and the Schedule to this Act shall forthwith come into force and shall continue in force for so long as such proclamation remains or is continued in force and when such proclamation finally expires Part II . of this Act and the Schedule to this Act shall forthwith cease to be in force. | |
(2) Part II . of this Act and the Schedule to this Act shall not have any force or effect save as and when provided by this section. |
