Interpretation. |
55.—(1) All words used in this Part of this Act which are also used in the Registration of Clubs (Ireland) Act, 1904 have the same meaning in this Part of this Act as they respectively have in that Act. | |
(2) In this Part of this Act the expression “sports club” means a club the main object of which is the promotion of any outdoor pastime, sport, game, or recreation amongst its members. |
