Amendment of section 46 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924. |
1.— Section 46 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 (No. 10 of 1924) is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after the words “three years” where the same occur therein of the words “and nine months” and the said section shall have effect accordingly. |
