BY-LAW No. 382 REVOCATION OF BY-LAWS

WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (1) of section 28 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), that the several powers of making, revoking, or varying by-laws conferred on or exercisable by the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction for Ireland by virtue of the Fisheries (Ireland) Acts, 1842 to 1909, shall be transferred to, vested in, and exercisable by the Minister for Fisheries.

NOW I, FIONÁN O LOINGSIGH, Minister for Fisheries, in exercise of the powers transferred to, vested in and exercisable by me by virtue of subsection (1) of section 28 of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby MAKE THE FOLLOWING BY-LAW :—

1. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the Fisheries (Revocation of By-laws) By-law No. 382, 1927.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this By-law in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The By-laws mentioned in the Schedule to this By-law are hereby revoked.

NOTE A.—The provisions of the above by-laws are embodied in the Fisheries Act of 1924 and the Fisheries Act of 1925.

NOTE. B.—Under the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1925 , this by-law will come into operation on the twenty-eighth day after the above date.
