Term of office of members of railway tribunal. |
2.—(1) Every standing member of the railway tribunal appointed after the passing of this Act shall be appointed and hold office for one year and shall then retire, but shall be eligible for re-appointment. | |
(2) Sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Principal Act is hereby repealed but such repeal shall not prejudice or affect the duration of the term of office of any existing standing member of the railway tribunal under an appointment made before the passing of this Act or the eligibility of any such member for appointment under this section. |
