Expenses of town commissioners under the Principal Acts. |
3.—All expenses incurred by town commissioners under the Principal Acts as extended by this Act shall be defrayed out of the rate leviable by them under section 60 of the Towns Improvement (Ireland) Act, 1854 , but no portion of such rate raised to defray such expenses shall be reckoned for the purposes of any limitation on the amount of such rate. |
