DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927: VARIATION ORDER No. 19.

I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section 3 of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 No. 27 of 1926) and of every and other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103) is hereby varied as follows, viz.:—

In Column 1 after the words "10.30 a.m." add the following words, viz: "Children's Court on third Friday, at 10.30 a.m."

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No. 19) and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1930.
