Right of audience at certain inquiries. |
32.—At an inquiry held by the Board under Part IV or Part V of this Act into an application under either of the said Parts, the following persons shall be entitled to be heard and adduce evidence, that is to say:— | |
(a) the applicant, or applicants; | ||
(b) any person claiming to have any estate or interest in any minerals the subject of such application; | ||
(c) any other person whom the Board is satisfied would be substantially affected by the grant of such application; | ||
(d) the Minister. |
