Tidal and Freshwater boundary of the Avoca River

I, Fionan O Loingsigh, Minister for Lands and Fisheries, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Fisheries Act, 1925 , and of every other power enabling me in this behalf, do hereby define and mark out the boundary between the tidal and freshwater portions of the Avoca River in the No 2 or Wexford District to be an imaginary straight line drawn across the said river from the point marked A to the point marked B on the map or plan annexed hereto.
