Application of Section 4 (1) (a) of the Act of 1919.

5.—Clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act of 1919 shall apply to every case to which section 5 (repealed by this Act) of the Act of 1924 would have applied if it had not been so repealed.
