Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1933

Disposition of levies.

15.—All moneys paid to or recovered by the Minister under this Part of this Act shall be paid into or disposed of for the benefit of the Exchequer in such manner as the Minister for Finance may direct.
