DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927: VARIATION ORDER No. 40.

I, PATRICK J. RUTTLEDGE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103) is hereby varied as follows, viz.:—

Delete the words "11 a.m." in Column 1, and insert in lieu thereof "12 noon."

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order, No. 40), and shall come into operation of the 1st day of July, 1933.
