Partial repeal of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927. |
1.—Paragraph (c) of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927 (No. 3 of 1927), is hereby repealed as on and from the 1st day of April, 1933, and the said section shall have and shall be deemed to have had, as on and from the said date effect accordingly. |
