Amendment of sections 55 and 56 of the Amending Act of 1934. |
19.—(1) Paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) of section 55 of the Amending Act of 1934 is hereby amended by the insertion therein after the words “home-grown oats” of the words “the bushel weight of which is not less than the bushel weight declared by such order to be the minimum bushel weight for the purposes of classification,” and the said section shall be construed and have effect accordingly. | |
(2) Paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) of section 56 of the Amending Act of 1934 is hereby amended by the insertion therein after the words “home-grown barley” of the words “the bushel weight of which is not less than the bushel weight declared by such order to be the minimum bushel weight for the purposes of classification,” and the said section shall be construed and have effect accordingly. |
