Purchase and sale of oats and barley by the Minister for Agriculture.

34.—The Minister may, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, carry on the business of purchasing and selling home-grown oats or barley or both, and for that purpose may do all such things as he may consider necessary for the carrying on of such business as a commercial undertaking.
