1.—In this Act— | |
the expression “the Act of 1935” means the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1935 (No. 26 of 1935); | ||
the expressions “home-grown millable wheat” and “sale (wheat) year” have the same meanings as such expressions have in the Act of 1935. |
