MERCHANT SHIPPING (SHIP'S NAMES) AMENDMENT REGULATION, 1936.

Registration of Ships:—Ships' Names.

THE MERCHANT SHIPPING (SHIPS' NAMES) AMENDMENT REGULATION, 1936, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REVENUE COMMISSIONERS, UNDER SECTION 50 OF THE MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT, 1906.

In pursuance of the provisions of Section 50 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1906, and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in conjunction with the Revenue Commissioners, hereby makes the following Regulation:—

(1) The Regulations dated the 28th August, 1907 (a), made under Section 50 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1906, shall have effect as if Reglation 2 (b) were omitted therefrom.

(2) This Regulation may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Ships' Names) Amendment Regulation, 1936, and shall come into force on the 1st December, 1936.
