MILK AND DAIRIES (SALE OF HEATED MILK) (RESTRICTION) REGULATIONS, 1938. | ||
The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 32 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 , with the concurrence of the Minister for Agriculture, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say:— 1. These regulations may be cited as the Milk and Dairies (Sale of Heated Milk) (Restriction) Regulations, 1938. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 , applies to these regulations. 3. Subject to the provisions of the next following Article no person shall sell, except under a special designation, within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 , and under and in accordance with a special designation licence granted under the said Part IV, any whole milk which has been heated to a temperature higher than 110 degrees Fahrenheit, or which has been pasteurised. 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the foregoing Article milk which has been once heated to a temperature higher than 110 degrees Fahrenheit may be sold for consumption as hot milk. | ||
