WIDOWS' AND ORPHANS' PENSIONS (DATE OF PUBLICATION OF CENSUS) ORDER, 1938.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Act, 1937 (No. 11 of 1937), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions (Date of Publication of Census) Order, 1938.

2. The date of publication of the result of the census of population taken in the year 1936 is hereby certified to be the 20th day of June, 1938.
