AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (CODE-MARKING) (No. 15) REGULATIONS, 1939.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Acts, 1924 and 1930, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Code-Marking) (No. 15) Regulations, 1939.

2. The particular mark to be used as the code mark for the purposes of Article 6 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1931 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 23 of 1931), being the Article inserted in those Regulations by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations (No. 2), 1939 (Statutory Rule and Orders, No. 48 of 1939), shall be—

(a) in respect of the period beginning on the 16th day of June, 1939, and ending on the 19th day of June, 1939, the figures 71, and

(b) in respect of the period beginning on the 20th day of June, 1939, and ending on the 22nd day of June, 1939, the figures 48.
