AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (CODE-MARKING) (No. 24) REGULATIONS, 1939.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Acts, 1924, and 1930, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Code-Marking) (No. 24) Regulations, 1939.

2. The particular mark to be used as the code mark for the purposes of Article 6 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1931 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 23 of 1931), being the Article inserted in these Regulations by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations (No. 2), 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 48 of 1939), shall be :—

(a) In respect of the period beginning on the 18th day of August, 1939, and ending on the 21st day of August, 1939, the figures 76, and

(b) in respect of the period beginning on the 22nd day of August, 1939, and ending on the 24th day of August, 1939, the figures 68.
