AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (CODE-MARKING) (No. 25) REGULATIONS, 1939.

I, SEAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Acts, 1924 and 1930, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce Eggs) (Code-Marking) (No. 25) Regulations, 1939.

2. The particular mark to be used as the code mark for the purpose of Article 6 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1931 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 23 of 1931), being the Article inserted in those Regulations by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations (No. 2), 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 48 of 1939), shall be:

(a) in respect of the period beginning on the 25th day of August, 1939, and ending on the 28th day of August, 1939, the figures 87, and

(b) in respect of the period beginning on the 29th day of August, 1939, and ending on the 31st day of August, 1939, the figures 84.
