AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) (EXEMPTED FEEDING STUFFS) ORDER, 1939 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1939.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (4) of Section 18 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), that the Minister for Agriculture may by order under the said sub-section revoke any order made by him under the said section :

AND WHEREAS the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Exempted Feeding Stuffs) Order, 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 146 of 1939), was made by the Minister for Agriculture under sub-section (3) of Section 18 of the said Act :

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (4) of Section 18 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows, that is to say :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Exempted Feeding Stuffs) Order, 1939 (Revocation) Order, 1939.

2. The Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Exempted Feeding Stuffs) Order, 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 146 of 1939) is hereby revoked as on and from the 27th day of November, 1939.
