Short title and collective citation.

9.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1940.

(2) The Public Hospitals Acts, 1933 to 1939, and this Act may be cited together as the Public Hospitals Acts, 1933 to 1940.
