Time limit for making applications for dependants' allowances under Part VII of the Act of 1937. |
10.—(1) Paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) of section 38 of the Act of 1937 shall be construed and have effect as if, for the reference in sub-paragraph (i) of the said paragraph to two years after the passing of the Act of 1937, there were substituted a reference to twelve months after the date of the passing of this Act. | |
(2) Sub-section (2) of section 38 of the Act of 1937 is hereby-repealed, and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that save as provided by Part VII of the Act of 1937, no application for a dependant's allowance under the said Part VII which has been refused shall be reviewed after the expiration of two years from the date of the passing of this Act. |
