Amendment of the Principal Act. |
2.— Section 2 of the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1941 (No. 21 of 1941), is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that each of the two references to the 3rd day of September, 1941, contained in sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Principal Act, shall be construed as a reference to the 3rd day of September, 1943. |
