3.— Section 22 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), and the Second Schedule to that Act shall not apply in relation to a meeting held after the 30th day of June, 1943, of a vocational education committee for a county vocational education area or of a sub-committee thereof. |
