TRANSPORT ACT, 1944, REGULATIONS, 1945.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 4 of the Transport Act, 1944 (No. 21 of 1944), hereby make the following regulations :—

1 Short title.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Transport Act, 1944 , Regulations, 1945.

2 the Act.

2. In these regulations, the expression " the Act " means the Transport Act, 1944 (No. 21 of 1944).

3 Forms of applications to Minister under the Act.

3. Every application under a section of the Act mentioned in column (2) of the Table to this Article at any reference number shall be in the form (set out in the Schedule hereto) specified in column (3) of the said Table at that reference number and shall contain the particulars indicated in that form.

4 Notice of application under section 84 of the act.

4. An applicant for the determination of a dispute or difference by the Minister under section 84 of the Transport Act, 1944 (No. 21 of 1944), shall give to the other party thereto twenty-eight days' notice of such application, in the form T.A. 5 set out in the Schedule hereto.
