AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (POTATOES) REGULATIONS, 1945.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Act, 1931 (No. 26 of 1931), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations :

1 Short title.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Regulations, 1945.

2 Amendment of Article 20 of Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Regulations, 1931.

2. The Agricultural Produce (Potatoes) Regulations, 1931 (S. R. & O., No. 87 of 1931), are hereby amended by the deletion of clause (iv) of subparagraph (a) of paragraph (2) of Article 20.
