WILD BIRDS (COUNTY ROSCOMMON) ORDER, 1945.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of section 2 of the Wild Birds Protection Act, 1930 (No. 16 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Wild Birds (County Roscommon) Order, 1945.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. No person shall kill or take in the county of Roscommon any wild bird of a kind mentioned in the Schedule to this Order during any period (other than and in addition to the close time) of any year.

Barn Owl.
