GALWAY HARBOUR ACT, 1935 (EXTENSION OF PERIOD FOR COMPLETION OF WORKS) ORDER, 1945.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 38 of the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 (No. 2 (Private) of 1935), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—

1 Short title.

1. This Order may be cited as the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 (Extension of period for Completion or Works) Order, 1945.

2 Extension of period for completion of works.

2. The period of ten years fixed by the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 (No. 2 (Private) of 1935), for the completion of the works authorised by sections 36 and 37 of that Act is hereby extended for a further period of ten years.
