RACING BOARD AND RACECOURSES ACT, 1945 (COMMENCEMENT OF CHAPTERS II AND III OF PART III) ORDER, 1945.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 21 of the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (No. 15 of 1945), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (Commencement of Chapters II and III of Part III) Order, 1945.

2. The 6th day of October, 1945, is hereby fixed as the date for the coming into operation of the provisions of Chapters II and III of Part III of the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (No. 15 of 1945).
