STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1945. No. 253.

CASTLEBAR DISTRICT PROBATE REGISTRY (COLLECTION OF FEES) ORDER, 1945.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 2 of the Public Offices Fees Act, 1879, as adapted by or under subsequent enactments, that the fees payable in any public office shall be collected either in money or by means of stamps, or partly in one way and partly in the other way, according as may be from time to time directed by order of the Minister for Finance :

AND WHEREAS the District Probate Registry at Castlebar is a public office within the meaning of the said Act :

NOW, the Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Public Offices Fees Act, 1879, as adapted by or under subsequent enactments, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Castlebar District Probate Registry (Collection of Fees) Order, 1945.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The fees payable under any statute or rule of Court in the District Probate Registry at Castlebar shall be collected by means of stamps.

4. This Order shall come into operation on the 16th day of October, 1945.
